Privacy policy

1. Who we are

GreenSquire LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("GreenSquire", "we"), makes these apps and runs this website. Contact us at [email protected].

2. Our apps

Everything you enter (formulas, bakes and starter logs in Proofday; guest lists, tables and rules in Tablewright; players, ratings and lineups in our youth sports app) is stored only on your device, inside the app. The apps make no network requests to us or to third parties, contain no analytics or advertising code, and don't ask for your contacts, location, photos or camera.

• Notifications. Proofday schedules reminders on your iPhone itself. They aren't sent from a server.
• Sharing. When you tap Share, the app hands text to the iOS share sheet, and you choose where it goes. We never see it.
• Backups. App data can be part of your iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or a computer). Apple handles those backups under its own privacy policy.
• Deleting your data. Use the erase option in the app's Settings, or delete the app. We hold no copy, so there is nothing to request from us.

3. Purchases

Apple processes every purchase and subscription through the App Store. Apple doesn't give us your name, email or payment details. We receive only sales reports that Apple prepares, such as how many upgrades sold in each country. The app checks your purchase with Apple on your device. Apple's handling of your data is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

4. App Store statistics

Apple may share aggregated statistics with developers, such as downloads and crash counts, only from people who agreed to share them with app developers in their iPhone settings. These figures don't identify you. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

5. This website

The site has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical data any website receives (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and block attacks, and keeps it for a short time under its own policy. We see only total visit counts.

6. When you email us

If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to answer you and improve the apps. Our email provider, Proton Mail (Proton AG, Switzerland), stores the messages. We delete support email two years after the conversation ends, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Who we share data with

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. The only personal information we ever hold is support email. We would disclose it only if the law required us to.

8. Children

Our apps are made for adults: home bakers, event planners, coaches and league coordinators. Our youth sports app stores players' names and ratings, which a coach enters, only on the coach's device. We never receive them. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has emailed us, write to us and we'll delete the message.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, or other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Because our apps collect nothing, this applies only to support email. Write to us and we'll answer within 30 days. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

10. Security

Your app data is protected by your iPhone's own security, including its passcode and encryption. Keep your device locked and up to date.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how our apps handle data, we'll update this page and the effective date before the change ships. If an app ever starts collecting personal data, we'll say so here and in the App Store listing first.
