Terms of use
Effective October 26, 2026. These terms cover Proofday, Tablewright, our youth sports app ("the apps") and this website.
The short version. The apps are free to download. Upgrades are sold by Apple through the App Store, and Apple handles payments and refunds. The apps are planning aids: you stay in charge of your bake, your event and your team. We provide them as they are, and our liability is limited.
1. Agreement
By downloading or using an app, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple's EULA"). If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law and Apple allow. GreenSquire LLC ("GreenSquire", "we") makes the apps.
2. Your license
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use each app on Apple devices you own or control, as Apple's EULA and the App Store's Usage Rules allow. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the apps except where the law permits it.
3. Free features and upgrades
Each app has free features and paid upgrades. Each app's App Store page shows what an upgrade includes and its price before you buy. A one-time upgrade unlocks its features for as long as we offer that app. You can restore it on your other devices with the same Apple Account.
4. Subscriptions
If an app offers a subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Canceling takes effect at the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
5. Payments and refunds
Apple processes all payments, and Apple's refund policies apply. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue App Store refunds ourselves. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you've already made.
6. Planning aids, not guarantees
- Proofday gives time estimates. Fermentation depends on your ingredients and kitchen. Watch the dough, and follow safe food-handling practices.
- Tablewright suggests seating from the rules you enter. Check the final chart yourself before you print or share it.
- Our youth sports app suggests lineups and teams. Your league's rules, player safety and playing-time decisions remain the coach's and the league's responsibility.
7. Your data
What you enter stays on your device, and you're responsible for keeping it backed up. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
8. Ownership
GreenSquire owns the apps, their designs and their names. You own what you enter into them.
9. No warranty
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GreenSquire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app or upgrade in question in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and GreenSquire, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the apps. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no warranty obligation for the apps. If an app fails to meet a warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects paid features you already have, it won't apply to them without your agreement.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Jackson County, Missouri, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
